Contributions to the community, not just in financial support to initiatives like the Calgary Health Trust and the MS Research, but also in-kind contributions to industry through such initiatives as the Carma Centre of Excellence and the Homebuilders Associations are an important part of Jayman activities. Corporate Social Responsibility



Jayman MasterBUILT is committed to being a good corporate citizen and supporting the communities which we operate and our employees live. Corporate Social Responsibility at Jayman includes the way we conduct our business, how we manage its impact on the environment, how we treat our employees and how we support community activities that aim to solve social problems in the communities in which we work and live. Jay Westman himself has always been a generous philanthropist and has donated significant time and money to many different causes over the years. It is in this spirit of community giving that we bring Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to life at Jayman.

Employee Initiated Community Investment



As a Platinum member of Canada’s Top 50 Jayman is also proud to be committed to giving priority to community initiatives in which Jayman employees and their families actively participate. There are numerous smaller scale opportunities that arise from staff and community level relationships that are appropriately aligned with our values and principles. Jayman supports staff with their chosen charities in numerous ways including: monetary contributions, work time allocated to actively participate in charity events and offers the use of Jayman offices for meetings, etc.
