A You'll know you're buying quality when you see ingenious designs, architectural innovation, and a home with both style and substance. You might also want to look at the details, feel the handrails, inspect the joints and walls. As well, you should open and close the doors and windows, listen for squeaks, and pay careful attention to surface areas. We're positive you'll find everything true to form. And if something isn't to your complete satisfaction, let us know and we'll correct it.  


Q Jayman MasterBUILT® has been voted Builder of the Year 13 times. As a new homebuyer, should this make a difference?
A Absolutely not. Relationships with customers are made one at a time. If we at Jayman MasterBUILT® fail to engage and be empathic to every customer we meet, then no accolade can stand in for that bond, that trust. Being Builder of the Year is not on our customer's list of needs when buying. But helping to identify those needs and solving customer's buying issues is the responsibility of Jayman Area Managers. It's being the customer's builder of their future that becomes the focus.
