Customer Service Professional
At Jayman, a Customer Service Professional is a good communicator, an energetic individual who cares about people and can turn problems into achievements. In this role you will have the responsibility for ensuring that customers are served in a responsive courteous manner to assist in making them a “Jayman for Life” Customer.
You’ll work with professionals in sales and construction. You’ll be supported by Certified Trade and Supplier Partners as you serve homeowners. Supported by our industry-leading, training program, you will have a significant impact on our relationships with our Customers.

You must posses the ability to communicate positively with customers and work to guarantee their satisfaction. You need strong interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to communicate clearly. A high level of commitment is required to meet our customer’s and Jayman’s standards. This is highly challenging environment. You need to be well-organized, assertive and able to gain respect and positive response from everyone you work with.
