A Day in the Life

• Process and manage all sales orders for customer window coverings (blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorized systems) from quote to installation. 
• Ensure 100% order accuracy by verifying measurements, specifications, pricing, and installation requirements prior to submission. 
• Maintain CRM system with up-to-date customer, project, and sales pipeline information. 
• Update customer reports with schedule details, invoice and PO numbers. 
• Interpret architectural drawings and window schedules for commercial or residential projects. 
•   Calculate pricing, margins, discounts, and freight costs in alignment with company profitability goals. 
• Maintain customer records in Quickbooks. 
• Support and provide coverage for warranty coordinator.
