- Manage consultants and contractors through the land development process, with an emphasis on on-site servicing and coordination of all on-site activities.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Reviewing and working on cost to complete budgets and land proformas.
- Working with our builders.
- Assist in the acquisition and approval of development land.
- Act as a key liaison with municipal staff, builders, consultants and contractors.
