What you will bring to the table
- Post secondary certificate or diploma from SAIT/NAIT in Architectural/Estimating Technology.
- Residential construction experience in estimating, quantity takeoffs, pricing options and architectural revisions, and file preparation for processing to the field
- Ability to understand and analyze costing implications of material or product changes to home plans.
- Assist in providing accurate, detailed, and timely pricing for all price requests from Sales issuing change agreements.
- Review and process variance purchase orders to trades and suppliers as necessary.
- Understanding of basic scopes of work for various trades
- Support the Construction team throughout all stages of construction by assisting with questions and concerns quickly to solve the challenge.
- Strong computer skills, including competence with MS Office, FAST, Buildpro, ERP experience an asset.
