What You Will Bring to the Table
- Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with 7 – 10 years framing experience, with experience leading one or more crews at a time.
- You can recruit, mentor, and assist in the training and maintenance of sufficient contract and MasterFrame crews to ensure all Jayman homes are completed on time.
- Hands on training and mentoring experience.
- Capability to read blueprints, explain the details, and provide direction to complete as per the plans.
- Ability to do material take-offs is a strong asset.
- Oversee the MasterFRAME equipment leasing
- Ability to liaise with city inspectors and Jayman superintendents
