- Lead Framing Carpenter with 5 – 7 years framing experience.
- Proven hands-on leadership with a track record of mentoring and training framing crews.
- Strong blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret plans and direct team members accordingly.
- Experience with material take-offs – a strong asset that will help with planning and resource management.
