• Work in a team-selling environment alongside experienced Area Sales Managers and Associate Specialists, supported by a robust marketing plan.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and marketing collateral.
• Assist with franchise management and show home operations.
• Greet and engage customers, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Register visitors in our CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Answer questions about floorplans, designs, and features. 
• Showcase the benefits and craftsmanship of Jayman BUILT homes. 
• Ensure signage and marketing materials are current and properly displayed. 
• Embody and demonstrate the values and vision of Jayman BUILT.
