Director of Marketing

What you will bring to the table:

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing experience, including experience leading a marketing team or function.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing organization-wide marketing and brand strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, websites, content strategy, email marketing, SEO, paid media and analytics.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Experience managing significant budgets, agencies, consultants, media partners and vendors.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to translate business objectives into practical marketing plans and measurable results.
• Strong financial awareness, project-management skills and sound business judgment.
