A day in the life

• Highly competent in quality take-offs, following an accurate budget and noting any errors, omissions, or details not consistent with the model.
• Assist in providing accurate, detailed, and timely pricing for all price requests from Sales issuing change agreements.
• Assist in the review of all Purchase Agreements for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and process variance purchase orders to trades and suppliers as necessary.
• Support the Construction team throughout all stages of construction by assisting with questions and concerns quickly to solve the challenge.
• Be cognizant and aware of trade partner pricing and scope of work in preparing pricing and change agreements.
• Understand the process and be able to assist in pricing of all models and options.
• As an Estimator, be fully aware of schedules for models and options related to field schedule and use appropriate schedule.
