A Day in the Life
- We're looking for an experienced individual in the home-building industry, who is comfortable with the technological tools that make managing a project easier.
- You are comfortable with the complexities and details that come with building quality homes. Specifically, you'll have strong experience with Project Management software to ensure on-time completion of new homes and the scheduling of trades.
- You'll communicate with trades, customers, sales staff, office staff and the service team throughout the construction process.
- You will be responsible to ensure work done by trades partners is 100% complete before payment is authorized and will work with them to ensure they meet timelines provided in the construction schedule.
- Safety will also be a key aspect of your role as you ensure hazard assessments, tool-box meetings, and safe work practices are in place for all sites.
