What you will bring to the table
- Post-secondary degree in business administration, planning, engineering, or a combination of experience and education to achieve the mandate.
- 15+ years of progressive residential land development experience with proven experience managing teams and leading multidisciplinary function.
- Strong business leadership capability, with the ability to drive strategy, operations, and financial performance.
- Knowledge of the residential land development industry in Calgary and Edmonton preferred.
- A proven track record of land acquisitions and entitlement.
- Experience overseeing large scale greenfield development projects.
- Strong financial, proforma management, and Excel modeling capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communications and relationship building skills.
